Aretek Is a Passive Vaccine Storage Device. It looks ordinary, but it can store vaccine convenlently and safely. It has become an important device to save the lives of many people in poor areas,known as "Tank of life". Our Arktek has excellent vacuum-sealing performance without using power. There a re eight ice ice blocks and three layers of Vaccine Stacks to keep the inner temperature with in the range from 2℃ to 89℃ in 35 days. With easy operation and conventient maintenance, the vaccine is ready to use at any time. It is especially designed to transport the vaccine to Africa District ,where is power shortage and inconvenient transportation.
The tank structure is similiar with the structure of LNG consisted of tank,shell,neck tube support,interlayer heat ins protection part.We have made a new breakthrough design to achieve higher vacuum degree and lower thermal conduciviyt:1. Stainless steel bellows + bimetallic ring 2. Sandwich insulation design.
Improvements:
The feasibility of special machine welding and manipulator welding is verified by several welds,the inspection of welding quality and the adjustment of welding parameters are operated by means of flaw detection and rating,so as to overcome the defects fo air holes in aluminum alloy weldign.
Limited by the temperature of pumping heating(≤120℃)，the pumping efficiency is finite,we explore other ways to improve the pumping speed (pumping equipment improvement:full coverage of internal and external electric heating mode,improvement of the design of pumping port).
